• After successfully uploading a photo, Click "Proceed"
• CHECKOUT to place an order successfully.
• Re-Check Quantity Before Proceeding Further.
• If you encounter difficulties uploading, kindly forward the images to orders@photoexpress.in along with your order ID.

The product comes under guaranteed replacement in case of a manufacturing defect or no delivery or Misplaced.

Photoexpress.in follows a customer-centric approach, If customers find any defect in our product and merchandise shipped to them, We will be happy to assist and fix this.

This includes any manufacturing defect such as loose fittings, scratches, or images not as per the expected size or colour. In such a case, we will replace the defective product or fix it at our cost.

Any request or complaint on faulty products can be logged with complete details of the order and a couple of images of the product where the defect is visible ( Try to clear as much as possible or even video can help). Do send us details at orders@photoexpress.in and the team will be happy to assist and resolve the issue at the earliest.

The process further is as follows

• After receipt of the order, the Team review the complaint and revert within 2 days.
• After review and if a defect is found, the product will be fixed by sending the required part or replacement.
• Defect products need to be dispatched back with original packing and customer cost.

No refunds :

No refunds for personalized & custom product orders, The credits will be issued, which customers can use to buy any alternate product within 6 months.
